downloads without serial numbers
 

Why would anyone permit a download of a file that requires a serial number, if they do not also supply the serial number for that file?
e.g. ********** requires a "validation code," but none is supplied with the download.

Do a search on something like "serialz" and be prepared to enter the backalley's of internet.

Is there any way to find out what language a program you're downloading is? It's very frustrating to spend three hours downloading-only to find out you can't read what you downloaded.
