Why does every new ***** song download as a preview of "Still Waiting"?

I've noticed this with a couple artists, including Edit and Edit. When you try to download any song from the latest album, 95% of the time you get a looped preview of the album's first single. Does anyone know why this is? Is this some sort of preview of the impending CD copy protection?

likely someone connected with the RIAA flooding the network with fake files.
