Default Requirements for ultrapeer?

What are the requirements to become an ultrapeer?

I have a cable connection...
The disable box is unchecked...
The upload bandwith is max...
upload slots are 6 max... (maybe I should go higher?)
It's been running all night.

The last time I saw ultrapeer mode was when I was using v2.8.6 . It worked well then, but used all the available bandwidth.
I am now using v2.9.7 and it stays in leaf mode.

Default

2.9.x will become an ultrapeer much more easily than previous versions. However LimeWire 2.9.x ultrapeers reserve a number of leaf slots for 2.9.x clients. Thus you are very likely to encounter a ultrapeer with a free leaf slot instead of becoming an ultrapeer.

The number of upload slots has nothing to do with the ultrapeer selection, what counts is your OS (WinXP, Win2000, Linux, Solaris and to some degree OSX are allowed to become ultrapeers), your current uptime or average uptime, and your connection speed (must be faster than modem).

2.9.7 ultrapeers limit the outgoing bandwidth for messages to 8kbytes/s instead of 15kbytes/s (like 2.8.6). So being an ultrapeer should not use up all your bandwidth anymore.

Cool works ok now

I started it up the next morning and it went to ultrapeer mode immediately.
Bandwidth is about 11-15KB/s upstream without uploads.
(max possible BW is about 26KB/s)
