![]() some other gnutella clients have block lists for hostile hosts that are regularly updated. in limewire, we still have to enter the ips manually. the ip list is stored in the .props file. i am just curious whether there's any point in creating a text file that contains all the known hostile IPs already properly formatted so that it could just copy/pasted into the .props file? anybody interested in that idea? |

![]() It's in limewire.props. the line looks like this: BLACK_LISTED_IP_ADDRESSES= and then the list of IPs separated by semicolons, w/o space. I assume we could just assemble the list of bad IPs semicolon-separated and then paste it into limewire.props there was this site that had a constantly updated list of hostile ips but i can't quite remember where it was... found something even better: http://www.bluetack.co.uk Last edited by osu_uma; June 21st, 2003 at 04:17 PM. |
