deleting unwanted files in library i would like delete unwanted file from my library in batchs rather than singularly. how do i do this??? Help!!! |
Assuming you're using OSX or Windows, click on the 'Explore' button to open the folder within Explorer or Finder. Then delete the files from there. When back in LimeWire, click 'Refresh' so LimeWire recognizes the files are gone. If you're using OS9, OS8 or Linux, you can choose multiple files by clicking one, holding shift down, and clicking another. All files between the two will be highlighted, and you can choose delete to them all at once. |
I'm running xp, but when i hit the explore button it opens my share folder but the files are't there where i could del as u suggested and in xp i can't use the shift button to highlight the file i want to del, so i'm deleting files 1 at a time and there r 500 file there and it seems that there ia way to do this with doing the dewl in single. thanks for reply. |
