Sharing files specifically

Is there any way to get a friend to be able to see my files, I'm sharing a bunch of things and one thing in particular, I'm trying to allow him to upload it, but searching turns up nothing.

Is there a way to connect to the same servers?

Is there a way to give him a "hash" for direct download?

Just wondering...
