OK, I've searched this board and tried to find my answer:

When I go into my library and add songs to my playlist and then try to save the playlist by clicking the SAVE button, nothing happens. No option to name the playlist, no option to see where it's being saved to so I may retrieve it later, NADA. Is there something very obvious I am missing?

Also....I have tried creating a folder to click and drag my files to so I may then burn them to CD and again, NADA. The files/songs won't drag.

I thought I was pretty computer savvy until this, I feel like my grandmother with her first VCR.

I assume you are using windows, make sure that the files you are trying to move are not in use. Did you try just cutting and pasteing the music for your playlist in a seperate folder to share. I hope this helps.
