Maybe you should try acqlite, no ?

no! acqlite is a ripoff of acquisition while acquisition is taking the core of limewire. Original is much better and it is easy to get of limeshop. Plus acqlite is never updated and is lagging behind the network enhancements introduced by newer versions of Limewire, thus it is bad for the network health.

Actually acqlite is not really that bad for the network...
But you're right, LimeShop is a) easy to get rid off and b) not even spyware in the true meaning of the word.
