LW (and the gnutella network) has no control over what people choose to share--just like the telephone companies have no control over what people say on the phone. This is mostly good.

You can avoid offensive stuff by going to your preferences (tools) Options and setting some filters. You can also right-click on a result and that host will automatically be entered in your block host list. Also, don't download or share any of that stuff, and learn to narrow your searches to avoid making those files "popular".

Search for posts by Peerless. Message him and he might have more ideas what you can do.
