Waiting for busy hosts

What does this mean and how do I get around it?

It means the remote host is busy and told you to stop trying to downlaod from it for a while. You won't get around it.

OK, so it is what it says, but what about when you're actively downloading something and suddenly it goes to "busy host?" I assume I am getting bumped from the site by others. Is there any way to hold on to a download?

Thanks, but not quite what I was looking for. Often when I'm downloading a file it will stop downloading and I get the message that the host is busy. I apparently got bumped by someone else. The question is why does that happen and is there any way to hold onto a download. Of course I can understand when the host goes off-line but that should get another kind of message.
