no respnse from limewire service

i purchsed pro on the 25th and it said to wait an hour. well i checked my mail just in case and i had a link. when i downloaded it the version i got was the same as the basic version i have. i dont have the connections function and i get no response from thier cust service.

no i have not recieved any response and im very disappointed. i hope i got the right download. i do have experience with limewire though im running into a few problems. i really dont think they any intention of responding.
