folders and playlists

Under the Shared folder I've created a few new ones, one for each person in the house. I can't figure out how to move the downloaded songs into each appropriate folder though. Also can't see where/how to access the playlist, as I'd like to use each folder's contents as separate playlists. Running version 3.8.7
