What do the different colours mean????

hey just wondering if anyone could help me out and tell me what the different coloured stars mean in the quality column, and what it means if the speed on connection is green for the host, also is T1 faster than cable?? thanks!

BLue Colored Stars are on a Local Area Network. These downloads will be the fastest available and a t1 is faster than dsl.
