Deleting media files

In my library folder when i try to delete a file it says everytime i do it that the file is in use by another program but it's not. So i have to close everything to delete a file. and even some files in the incomplete folder do no delete at all. version 4.0.5

The best way to delete files is in Windows Explorer. Shut down Limewire first :)
