Default Support - why only the pro version?

I have just installed the lime wire. I have had several problems and need some tech. support.
Why is it that only the pro version gets this?
I would like to try the basic version before spending money on the pro. if it is as troublesome as the basic, it would obviously not be worth the money.

You'll find plenty of tech support right here in these forums.

Thanks for the suggestion, if a little obvious. The problem I have (ie downloads cannot be moved to library) has already been posted but no one has come up with the solution.
