aim-limewire issues

Ok im currently using the latest version of limewire and the latest version of Deadaim. every time i open up Limewire and i have the window on my desktop screen my buddy list starts to flicker it only does this when Limewire is up on my desktop i have no clue why it does this ive asked around and nobody knows so can anybody help me please....
