how do you get rid of the post scripted feature in lime wire. i think thats what its called. so like if i search for ***, the next time i type an 'n' into the search box, *** automaticaly apears. so if i typed in 'young hot teenage porn' the next time i typed in a 'y' the whole 'young hot teenage porn' thing would pop up exposing me as the porn lover/death metal lover that i am. please help.

Depending upon which version of LW you have, it apparently is existent according to some other users & persons on this forum. Personally I've never noticed it. Exactly how many letters you'd need to type in 1st before it's activated I don't know! Probably somebody else on the forum will know better.

To get rid of autocomplete, go to Tools -> Options (or on OSX, Preferences), then View -> Autocomplete Text, and uncheck the box.

I must say you're lucky to get a response directly from the latter! Who should know better than he! Thanks for the accurate response! I learn something new everyday! I always wondered what that option was for!

As far as Alice Cooper goes, Schools Out album was definitely his best before he attempted to commercialise & then with a new producer & sack his band. But that has little to do with metal!
