A small advice that will help you advance in the Limewire, uh, business: DON't use the Library to play/view/whatever your files. Go directly to the place where they are stored in your PC.
This placed is called Shared folder and is found at the location that is specified in Tools->Options->Saving. Go to tht place and you'll find all the completed downloads. Open them from there, NOT the Library.

I didn't get that last part: did you or did you not go to the location specified in saving? Remember, I'm talking about going there in your desktop browser, meaning that if it tells you to go to C:/Program files then you have to double click My Computer and then C:/ and go to Program Files. 5this is just an example, of course. The location specified in Saving should be different...)

If I understand right, what you are trying to do is going to the Tools->Options->Saving, then typing/clicking stuff there?
If I'm right, then don't.
If you followed the directions in my last post then you should have no problem locating the Folder the downloads are stored in.
If, on the other hand, you still can't find the downloads, then try doing a search in your computer (with the Search file function in the Start menu, of course, not manual...) for, say, one of the programs you are trying to open (dlded via LW). Make sure that you use words that would not be too common or you'll end up with too many results.
