did i get stung

i am new as this will show. i just purchased a membership to lime wire from klitesite.com for 24.95 now i think your forum is telling me it is free. did i get stung. i know education is not free, but i would like to know, so as to try to help stop this from happening to anyone else. thanks----wildman----

Yep, you pretty much did get stung: read the first sticky on this forum. If you don't find the site that tricked you there then post there with probably a link to it too.
