A few things to consider while configuring Limewire for optimal performance...

wdupz...i have verizon fios w/ lw pro...i did a speed test...i dont see these speed on the options of lw, and my dl time on lw only go up to 30, but i know it can go faster...ne advice? (thnxz)
Download Speed: 15571 kbps (1946.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1422 kbps (177.8 KB/sec transfer rate)

Open LW and go to Tools>Options>Speed, and set your connection speed to T3 or Higher, click apply.

Then go to Tools>Options>Downloads, and set the d/load bandwidth to 100% Unlimited, click apply.

Then go to Tools>Options>Uploads>Basic, and set the upload bandwidth to about 150KBs or whatever speed allows you to still use the internet without too much lag, click apply. You may need to experiment a little to get things just right
