If ou're in France why worry about how much the Greeks will keep, more important, how much will the French win - especially since pairs skating is not a summer olympic sport.

SBT but your location says Paris, France - and having lived both in Pais and Athens - many years ago, I prefer Athens for the views but Paris for the cooler summers.

I love Greece for it's beaches and seas (wherever they are clean). You don't get that in Paris (what's up with that weird Paris Plage craziness?:confused: Bleh, or, as the french would put it: "Beurk") and it's only a short way to the Beach from Athens... And I miss the sea...

Sorry, I would probably NOT swim in the harbour at Piraeus any more than I would in the Seine, now some of the Greek Islands Mykonos par example THAT I can appreciate.:D

No, not there: it's too touristy (unless you enjoy spending your after-midnight drunkenly jumping around to a soundtrack). Virtually any other island will do.
