I can get MP3's to play but not mpegs (since the recent upgrade)

Now everything I download is a Limewire document. The MP3's when dragged to WinAmp (for Mac) will play but the AVI files & MPEG files are dead. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm having the same problem any mpeg are downloaded as limewire documents as well as text files.

I have tried using many different programs to open the text files but to no avail. I even tried a translation program but it couldn't decipher it either.

frustration is mounting.

using quicktime player all you have to do is replace the last 4 digits of the "limewire" document's name with .mpg Works Every Time!!!!

i tried the .mpg thingy but when i try all it does is open quicktime player but does not load them or anything, is there anyway i can play them on like soundjam mp or something because i do not like quicktime player at all to listen to my mp3's

This is free software and works for Mac or P.C.

After you download, drag & drop into the WinAmp player.

I've never had a problem.
