At the end a court will decide, and they sure won´t protect the criminal... about the money what do you think will pay it when they catch anybody? Its obvious the criminal

it sucks but it's true, like they say life's a B**** just logically thinking, it's the criminals fault for breaking the law so what ever money they waste to stop him he has to pay I actually read that somewhere though I can't remember...
