 Very easy. Some people like myself like the auto fill for searches. But to remove it go to LW's menu Tools-Options & View & select Autocomplete & untick the Autocompletion of text fields box.  |

| Or, if you do want to use the autofill but want to just clear the history, you haveta restart LW.
