New-Downloading

I am new to this type of thing (message boards), so I am not sure if my problem has been addressed already. My problem, if that is the term for what I am experiencing, is this: When I am 'finished' downloading a file from Limewire, it shows that it is 100% complete, but, at the same time, also shows that I am still downloading from one person, with zero speed. Is this a usual occurance? What does it mean, and how can I resolve this?
