I am new to lime wire, have been using Kazza & Napster previously, I'm sure my problem is really easy to answer.... Whenever I download a movie I cant play it, I dont know why... Is it something to do with the different file types? When the d/l is complete I go to launch, and it takes me to Windows media player, then it throws up an error message that windows mp 'an unexpected error has occurred' - it is really peeing me off, what am I doing wrong? Should I only d/l certain file types eg .mpeg, .mov, .avi?
I am a typical dumb blonde when it comes to stuff like this, so can anyone explain and help me?!

Also VLC needs the right codecs. Download the Nimo codec pack and they will play in your Wndows media player:
