I just recetly got a E-mail that looked like this

i looked more into the e-mail and it showed 4 thing i downloaded form the edonkey server. so i earsed my emule but i have limewire too and it showed nothing i download from limewire but i am scarded as hell to go download anything still.am i safe or in danger.

As long you violate the copyright you are never safe. It doesn´t matter which network you use.

You can download as much as you want just NO copyrithed material. If you ask me I would stop downloading illegal material after such a mail... at least for some months.
