How do I open this folder

Having just joined Limewire I managed to download and drag the music from the 'shared' in limewire library(where I found to be where the mp3 went to) to, where I had originally kept the music I had previously downloaded.
The thing is........I have forgotten how I opened this folder so I can do the same again!
Can any one help me please?

In the Library, you can use the Explore button to go to the folder.
