Limewire wont play my downloaded clips ie wmv or jpeg. I keep getting a default message that indicates that morpheus exe. is necessary to play the clip, but the puter cant find it. What the heck is goin on? And is there any way to fix it???

Not a good idea to launch anything except music & video from LW. The media player only plays music! Open these other files separately using your other apps. If you're having probs with watching you videos, then you need to have a default video player & codecs so it can play the particular type of video it is. Try VLC (it has built in codecs & is free): http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ (use any mirror dwnld link) & make it your default video player. Alternatively dwnld xtra codecs for whatever player you already have: http://www.free-codecs.com/

thank you for help in securing media...i apologize for not being more articulate re aplications. i have no clue what mirror is but will self-educate as i go. By the way Limewire is THE BEST file share i have used to date (archaic windows 98). Limewire told the truth. No bundles. How refreshing.
