A question... No offense if this seems a stupid one...

Have you installed Bitzi on your machine ?

If you have Norton Internet Security (or similar layout firewall),

Click on > Personal Firewall

> Program Control

and then either

> Program Scan

or

> Add (and enter the configs manually)
