My spyware program wants this removed
 

We are currently running "Spy Subtract" regularly and it conciders this program a"high risk" and wants me to delete all program files. None of my kids friends have had any problems with Limewire and we just don't understand why we are? Do I need to remove this program?

This has been mentioned before.
If you downloaded Limewire from www.Limewire.com then there's nothing to worrie about.
I would reccomed Adaware and Spybot S&D to scan your PC, they do a better job.

I use both of those and they never detect LimeWire as spyware but i'm really curious to know while LimeWire is installed that it makes my computer really slow. I think those programs just dont detect it :|

You people are not stupid bot not very smart. Get a better program. www.microsoft.com and download the new beta spyware program. ALL Limewire clients have a software bundle aka spyware problem called "Grokster" it's a low threat but still harmful to non-protected systems.

Once again, LimeWire has no spyware. Microsoft's tool is wrong.
