How can I remove a shared directory (folder) and save it intact?

I have a couple folders I want to remove from my shared folders list. But the only option seems to be to REMOVE THEM (DELETE) ENTIRELY FROM SYSTEM! I just want to MOVE them back intact elsewhere on drive. How?

I have serious problems as I had no option but to choose Delete to move a folder not it has deleted it off my computer.

How can I get it back, I'm desperate
