When right clicking on a song either being downloaded, or one that you want to Download, there is usually an option that states "Chat with Host" , but at times when I right click on a song and I want to chat with that host, the option is grey and does not allow you to click on it. ONE, does anyone know why this is? And TWO does anyone know how I can contact this user in another way????? Help is appreicated Thank You

1) I do. For the chat option to be available there must be a smiley face in the chat column (you can enable the chat column by right-clicking on any column title and selecting it from the pop-up menu).

2)Chatting is the only way I can think of. However, be aware that even if you start a conversation there's no guarantee that anyone will chat back since many people aren't in front of their comps when downloading stuff off the net.
