Can't update version pro

I've got pro and i've been off line for 4 months and i can't update to version 4.444(whatever). When i enter my email address the website doesnt recognise it?
I've emailed the support people but no joy yet. Any help guys?

Yes it is, can't understand. Was there an offer on a while ago for pro uses to pay extra for something or am i just imagining it?
Cause i just cant update i'm using 4.0.8 but it won't connect anymore.
