How do I Get LimeWire Songs Onto My iPod? I'm Clueless, Please Help Me!

I got limewire a couple months ago and everything was working out fine, until I wanted to get them onto my ipod. I didn't know how to get them into my library, and I didnt even know how to put them int o itunes. It's really frustrating and I really need to get some help with this.
