i feel really dumb...yet frustrated
 

hey i have a dumb question, perhaps you can help me out?
it seems i have changed the window size for each of the ....um.... frames in the search section, now i have a huge "any type" area, and a tiny downloading area....i can change it up and down, but not side to side, i am really frustrated, and can't think of how to fix this please help me...or direct me to someone who was as newbie as me at one point to do the same thing i did

Yep, there's minitiature dots & arrows that allow you to resize window partitions & or show just the search or downld window. Have a look for them. You can drag each partition however you like. There's ones for horizonal & vertical movement.

I found the arrows and the i can move the frame size vertically all i want to, but i can only get full search or full search results as alternatives, as it is the search side (left side for me) is about 3x the original size, no worries, i'll just have to deal with it

OK it's slightly different to mac. If you put your cursor between the partitions, it will show an arrow. This is where you can drag it. If you only see the search window then drag it from just above the media player controls. It 'might' have something to do with the skins used. I also found when playing around that I couldn't get it back after hitting those other smaller arrows to show just the search results or downld list. So I had to physically drag the window back up to show the downld list. Same applies to search results. You may need to drag it down from the top.

i just restarted my computer and it was back to normal, lol

now i know that this question has been asked here before, i believe i have even read the thread on it...bad memory though, and already searched through 9-10 pages of threads, looking for the answer....how does one go about downloading whole albums? i have downloaded whole albums individually by song, but wanted to know how to do it as an album not per song?:confused:

There's a Sticky in the LW Open Discussion section about just that!

(By the way the same thing happened to me & after re-opening LW it resumed to normal.)
