Zipping games

ok i want to put edited yet again nimrod...consider this a 'final' warning up for dl and i have WinRAR and im zipping it but are there Any Archiving Methods that cut down files size and make it smaller for faster dls?

yeah compress to the smallest size, which should be obvious in winrar....it makes for a slower extraction though
