One good program for creating VOBs from your mpegs etc is Ulead DVD Movie Factory 3, you can create menus, show up to 30 second clips of the movie in the menu, add sound, various backgrounds & templates or create your own.......If you use the clips then the background sound is limited to the amount of seconds you set it for but if you use a Still Frame you could use a whole song to play. You can even add various transitions etc. you could let Movie Factory do the whole job or just save the VOBs and IFOs and burn with Nero.
