Default How do you get support around here?

I paid for an upgrade to Limewire Pro on Saturday.

So far I have had NO INFORMATION or anything from Limewire?

Is this normal?

What do you mean? You should receive an email from customer support via email with a link to your own personal downld page for pro. Once you receive it you should bookmark the page. It normally arrives within 24 hrs but they don't work weekends so check your email & make sure it hasn't ended up in your junkmail or something. Otherwise see: HERE (click on link) & have your email ready.

I mean I received nothing, no email, no payment confirmation (except from Paypal), nothing.

I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing there either.

However your link worked great so at least I can download the software and it means I am on the system.

Probably your email filters blocked it or something or you haven't received the email yet. But anyway... problem solved.
