Why do I get a result with the same name as my search all the time?

For example:

If I search for "adffjj"

I get the result adffjj.jpg and adffjj.wmv

The jpg and the wmv both are spam.... and ad for a website.

sometimes there are 1 or two connections to the listed file. sometimes up to 50.

Are the files that are actually on the network, or is this some type of thing generated by a trojan or malware or something. It must be generated, because I can't imagine a file in existance for every combination of random letters ( ie adffjj )

Where is this coming from?
