prog not installing

Am I allowed to ask why a prog that I have downloaded is not installing. There were 40 odd hits for this prog. when I try to install it gets near to finnish then asks for a file on disk1

Try using Bitzi Lookup to find out about the files you downld. It looks as though the one you downlded was put together from an installation disk but didn't include all the necessary files.

Thanks for that. I looked it up and the report says the file is damaged. At least I know its not me.
