![]() if after you download a file and it is an entire album you can't change tracks in the file! I just learned how to rip I guess thats what is called anyways copying a cd onto my harddrive which is a wav file. Files that I d/l are usally mp3's. Can you somehow take a mp3 file apart and seperate the info into seperate files and then put them back in a folder as seperate files to share or burn (sames as recording 1(one) track off a vinlyl record? If so I need a good (free) program thats is easy to use. Thanks korvorka ![]() |

![]() I'm not 100% sure what you mean but yes some albums are offered as one file. Some will be just the one mp3 whereas some use what's called Albumwrap. These albumwrap files are a little like zip files in that the songs have been thrown together but can also be extracted using the albumwrap extractor. See: How to Downld whole albums & Albumwrap However if the files you downlded were not combined using albumwrap then you'd need an editor to separate them. Off-hand I could suggest Audacity (Free): http://audacity.sourceforge.net/windows.php |
