Help: can't drag a song into a folder on the left side

I can't drag a song into a folder on the left side. I could before I upgraded to latest version. Is it me or the new version?

I like to move some downloaded songs into folders under my shared folder. Since I upgraded to the latest version I can't drag a song over...it won't more. Is it the new version or is it me or is something not configured correctly. Thanks
