downloading movies
 

I need some help!!! I am pretty new to the net(despite my age) and dont really know what it is im looking for when it comes to downloading movies. Many of the files I try to download dont work and I have no idea why!!! If there is a kind soul out there who wants to let me know what im doing wrong and give me a helping hand it would be much appreciated.

Could be a lot of things. What does ur computer do when u try to open the file?

Usually when i have problems with videos, it is because i do not have the codec it wants. If you are using windows media player, it should tell you if this is the problem. Check out the error details to figure out which codec you need. Codecs are pretty easy to find and download. Just google it =)
