Limewire wont launch my file because of security resons!

limewire will not launch my file because of security resons!, how do i fix this??? please help

Use the powers of your operating system (hit the Explore button in the LimeWire Library).

And read this thread to get an idea why LimeWire doesn't launch files for security reasons.
