 direct connect doesnt work do i need limewire pro for direct connect to work?  |

| The free LW does DC as well as Pro. However, in order for direct connections to work, both machines need to be able to accept incoming connections, even though other types of connections (searches and transfers) can work around firewalls and routers. Search these forums for "direct connect" to see how to set each machine to allow incoming connections |
