Washington DC..??

I did a search and noted one of those WMV files with 104.9 KB. Obvious spam and probably spyware attached. Anyway, I decided to browse the host out of curiosity. To my amazement the host had over 13,000 WMV files - all of which were in the 102.9 - 104.9 range. Not ONE legitimate file to be found in their share folder. ALL SPAM.

So I got even more curious over this and looked up their ISP addy (38.112.89.142). Here's the results (note the location) :

I hate to throw stones but isn't it interesting how this comes out of DC..?? Is this coincidetal or............ Perhaps we should give them a call and ask wazup wit dis bull****.
