Hi all
another problem that some of you might be able to help me with when running my computer for a long period of time it starts to slow I know this is nothing to do with the space on my hard drive's due to having plenty of free memory I have a good anti virus so I no there are no viruses on my computer any help with setting my computer to run great all the time would help emensly

Long periods of time? Mabie your CPU starts to run too hot? Does your motherboard monitor your CPU temp.? If your tower is making some noise, mabie your CPU fan is running slow? When was the last time you did disc clean-up and disc defrag?
