Default leaf node shielded by an ultrapeer??

how can i appear as an ultrapeer?
p.s. "disable ultrapeers capabilities" box is not selected (anyway, this seems to make no difference)

If you have a reasonable healthy set up & the Gnutella network needs more ultrapeers then your LW may become UP. UP's are generally fast connections. It's not something you can decide upon so to speak ... if it happens it happens.
