wasteing time by downloading false files

Is there a way to remove or report web page ads or spam masquerading as DVD's or albums which take an age to download and then have to be scrapped..........frosty

you could try previewing it at about 5% then if its no good bin it, there is a load of crap out there sadly, but the plus side is there is more than a lifetimes worth of good in limewire.

I know that I can preview and stop a download, but that doesn't stop the file spreading through Limewire.
If I get a dodgy file downloaded, I immediately delete it from my shared folder. If you don't, you can seed the file thousands of times on peoples PC's and it multiplies instead of disappearing. You can block the host, but it could just be an innocent recipient of the file who didn't delete it.
IS there an answer..........can't think of one.

sorry there, misunderstood what you were saying. I get annoyed after downloading a file only to find it needs the licence and then the licence has exceeded its limit...so frustrating

All users should check files before sharing them, and how nuch chanse is there of that happenning?? This is not encouraged by the default settings on the latest Limewire ... I think .... I must check it out... I'm just slightly worried it is not going to work atall!
